Performance

Our performance services are designed to improve how you move, perform, and tolerate load. We use resistance training and plyometrics to build strength, power, and tissue capacity, supported by detailed assessment to identify key limitations and opportunities for improvement. For runners, we also provide run technique analysis to refine efficiency and reduce injury risk.

Your starting point is a Movement and Performance Assessment — a 60–75 minute session to understand how you move, train, and what may be holding you back. From this, we establish baseline strength, define your goals, and design your individual 6-week training program.

You’ll then return for a Program Delivery Session, where we take you through your plan, refine technique, and ensure you understand how to execute each component with confidence.

​

From there, you can choose to train independently or continue with one-on-one coaching sessions, where your program is delivered with precision, technique is refined, and adjustments are made to keep you progressing.

​

The goal is simple: improve performance while building a more robust, resilient athlete.
