About Us
I graduated from RMIT in 2010 with an Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage and Myotherapy, and in 2026 completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. I am also an accredited running coach, with a focus on performance, injury prevention, and long-term athlete development.

My early career was shaped within elite sporting environments, including AFL development programs, the Victorian Institute of Sport, and A-League football. A defining experience was my time with the Geelong Cats during their 2011 Premiership season, where I was exposed to the standards, preparation, and attention to detail required at the highest level.

Over the past decade, I have built and operated Ben Stolz Myotherapy in Bendigo, working with a broad range of clients and developing extensive experience in the assessment, treatment, and management of musculoskeletal conditions.

Running has been a constant throughout my career. I have completed 20 marathons, including Boston and Chicago, and continue to work closely with runners of all levels.

This combination of clinical training, elite sport experience, and long-term involvement in running underpins my approach today: helping runners and active individuals improve performance, reduce injury risk, and stay consistent over time.
