Injury Care
We support clients across all stages of injury management, prevention, and rehabilitation. Whether you are dealing with an acute injury, managing ongoing pain, or aiming to reduce the risk of future issues, our approach focuses on identifying the underlying cause, restoring efficient movement, and building resilience. Through a combination of hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation, and load management strategies, we help you recover and return to the activities you value with confidence.

Your starting point is an Injury Care Initial Consultation — a 45–60 minute comprehensive assessment for new or ongoing pain, discomfort, or movement limitations. We identify the underlying drivers of your symptoms through detailed movement assessment, testing, and clinical reasoning. Treatment includes hands-on therapy and corrective exercise strategies to reduce pain, improve function, and begin restoring normal movement. From this session, a clear plan is developed to guide your next phase of care and training.

Follow-up Progress Sessions are 45-minute appointments focused on restoring movement, reducing symptoms, and progressing your recovery. We reassess your presentation, track changes in symptoms and function, and apply hands-on treatment where required. Corrective exercise is progressed based on your response, with the aim of improving capacity and supporting a safe return to training and daily activity.

Each session builds on the last to ensure steady, measurable progress.
